Letter from Nazim al-ʻUlamaʼ to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma
Nazim al-ʻUlamaʼ (from Malayir) writes about looting Bilartu village and ʻAli Baba Khan (from Malayir) and his group injuring a woman. He mentions that all these crimes are happening because there are no punishments in the country. At the end, he asks for justice.

Sahib Khanum (from Tuysirkan) talks about her husband, Iʻzam al-Mamalik (from Tuysirkan), being forced to go to Hamadan and then Tehran because of the animosity of the princes from Tuysirkan, and their pillage and plunder, and their appointing Jaʻfar Quli Mirza as the Governor of Tuysirkan regardless of the consequences. She mentiones that her son, ʻAlikhan, along with seven more men, was murdered, and asks ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma for justice.

Regarding displacement of Targavir village people, 1907
A telegram from Imamquli in Urumiyah to Atabak A‘zam in Tehran regarding the pillage of Mavanah and Targavir villages by the Ottoman nomads, and the killing of eighteen men and sixty-six women and children. Around three thousand people, mostly Christians, from the neighboring villages, have fled to Urumiyah and are in need of food and clothing; the writer has been collecting aid from the elite and merchants of Urumiyah and is asking for the government's assistance, suggesting that any aid should be delivered via the Christian clergy who will distribute it among their people.
